The hotel was within easy distance of the train station. The rooms were a good size.
The cleanliness of the rooms was lacking. Breakfast costs were sky high. The hotel was also loud at night.

Good deal on the price for our two nights stay. RER station and food chains nearby. I like the late chek-in and easy check-out. Parking was perfect. Front desk speaks English. Like the little amenities inside the room ( fridge, microwave, tiny stove & water heater ).
Bath tub cannot be drained. It was hard to pull the cover, so the tub still filled with water 'til the next morning; kids could not take a shower. Utensils are not washed properly.

Not too far from RER train for visiting Disney or Paris city. Large rooms. The beer is cold at the bar!
The staff tries to be friendly, but they are not efficient and do some very strange things (they packed our stuff and almost moved our stuff out of the room because they made a mistake). Pool is closed, restaurant is closed most of the time. Rooms are run down. They don't empty the garbage or wash the dishes during the stay! No refill on coffee or tea the next day. Check-in took an hour!

The rooms were big and quiet. Good value.
We left some apples on the table and they were covered with hundreds of ants. The beds weren't very comfortable.

Fantastic to find a room which could fit in the whole family with lots of space and the convenience of cooking and food storage. A very comfortable stay.
The window from the balcony walkway looked right into the room at the main bed. The curtain didn't fit quite well enough to cover the sides so you felt like passers by coudl see you in bed. The sound proofing was not great and the people upstairs kept us awake.

I liked the fact that it was off the beaten path, enroute to Paris, and that the parking was free.
The room was dirty (both rooms), and the male at the front desk was curt.

The room was large and well designed but the maintenance was not good. Very well placed for two train stations with direct access to Paris and Disney. A very good array of restaurant can be found nearby at Bay 1.
Some bizarre arrangements existed in the bathroom such as a wobbly tap, a hole in the side panel, but mainly the shower head at the foot of the bath and the fixed glass screen at the head so it was completely ineffective! The hallways were tired and really could do with new carpet. We had no problems as we both speak french-the receptionist on our second day spoke excellent english.

The apartment was clean, very spacious for family of 5, beds freshly made and very comfortable. We arrived late and receptionist really helpful - even ordered a take away for us which was delivered to our room 20 mins later. Kitchenette small but perfect and having a fridge, cutlery and crockery made having a takeway perfect option after long day at disney (Happy pizza co and Lotus chinese restaurant both good) Would definately stay there again and recommend highly. Great for Disneyland - following a tip we parked at the RER station 10Euros per day.
No kettle but you could use the coffee machine to heat a water but didn't affect us at all

The room size was more than adequate for my business trip, tidy and nicely decorated for its location, a reasonable range of shops and restaurants nearby to hotel within 1 mile, and train services directly into Paris, staff are very good and pleasant and facilities within hotel were fine.
